Terms of Service

"Clasicos", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the Clasicos platform and its operators. "Member" or "you" refers to any person who has accepted these Terms and has an active account. "Content" means any photos, descriptions, messages, or other material you upload or submit to the platform. "Car Passport" means the AI-generated summary of a vehicle created by our system.

Clasicos is an invite-only platform. You may only create an account using a valid invitation link issued by us or an existing member. Each invitation is single-use and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Clasicos to: • Upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content. • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members. • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without our prior written consent. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

You retain ownership of all Content you upload to Clasicos. By uploading Content, you grant Clasicos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely for operating the platform. The Clasicos name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Car Passports are generated by an AI system and are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates based on the photos and data you submit and do not constitute professional valuations, appraisals, or guarantees of authenticity. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of Car Passport data. You should not rely solely on a Car Passport when making purchasing, insurance, or other financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clasicos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) €100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clasicos, its operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including liability limitations and dispute resolution—will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Clasicos shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
